Angela Schrider

Originally from Wellington in the North Island of New Zealand, Angela became hooked on snowboarding while at the University of Otago in the mid-nineties. Although she spent a few years boarding in both New Zealand and the USA, it wasn’t until she went riding in the mountains of Hiroshima, Japan that she decided to take up snowboarding as a career.

Angela Angela  As a qualified snowboard instructor in both America and NZ she loves nothing more than to see someone else get stoked on snowboarding. Having ridden all over the States, Japan, and Europe she still loves the unique experience that riding in New Zealand has to offer.

At the moment Angela is training for her first ever marathon in May. She also enjoys working on her house, and taking cheeky afternoon naps. She is currently trying to perfect her skiing skills, so if you fancy a cruisy day and a bit of a laugh, persuade her to bring out the planks!
