Originally from Wellington in the North Island of New Zealand, Angela became hooked on snowboarding while at the University of Otago in the mid-nineties. With degrees in both Physical Education and Commerce, being involved in the sports and recreation industry has always been inevitable!
After spending a few years snowboarding in both New Zealand and the USA, it wasn't until Angela went riding in the mountains of Hiroshima, Japan that she decided to take up snowboarding as a career.
As a qualified snowboard instructor under both the American and NZ systems, she loves nothing more than to see someone else get stoked on snowboarding, and even skiing! Having ridden all over the States, Japan, and Europe she still loves the experience that riding in New Zealand offers.
When not on the snow Angela enjoys trail running, cooking delicious food (and eating it), and lying in the sun with a good book.
